Each project is presented using a STAR structure: Situation, Task, Action, and Result. While the projects follow a standard UX process, from research and synthesis through to prototyping and testing, STAR provides a clear structure for showing how insights shaped decisions and how those decisions led to outcomes.

Alongside these, I also include the marketing and retail design work I produce in-house for a corporate group.
